I will probably not be able to answer the question, but I think that I
understand clearly enough what you really want to do:
You want to install Debian m86k on a new hard disk. Correct?
I don't know from where you got this ramdisk or the program to start Linux
(you didn't tell me), but why don't you just go to the Debian site,
download a boot medium, and install it the normal way?
