sorry, this is off-topic but I didn't know any
other NG to post.

I recive e-mails from somebody having these two lines
automatically added to his emails.

Encrypted e-mail preferred.
0x9E513CA5 FA 1C 02 C9 58 04 57 6E 53 9C DF XX XX XX XX XX

I would like to send this person an encrypted mail. Is this
0x9... his public key? Or what is it?
