Duplicating terminal input to many hosts ?

I would like to open multiple terminal windows to many hosts and have
something like that:

Say I open a terminal windows to host a (Let's call it terminal a), in
another terminal window, I ssh to host b (let's call this window terminal b)

Now that I have a connection to 2 different hosts, I would like to type a
command in terminal a and have it duplicated in terminal b (and potentially,
c, d....)

The reason is that I have many similar machines, and I need to configure
each machines almost identically. Instead of having to cut and past accross
windows, I'd prefer to type the command only once and have it carried on the
opther machines.

I think this is feasible with some KDE application, but don't know where to
look at. I've searched with google but cam with too many hits and nothing
useful.

I'm using gnome as default desktop and would like to stay that way. In fact,
I generally login through ssh and have cygwin x-server on my windows machine
do the window management.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
