adding files to the knoppix cd

HI all

please can you help me with this :-

I want to make a copy of my knoppix cd, but I want to add
an exe file to it.

I've tried combinations of mkisofs, cdrecord, k3b and nero
but I can't do it.

My system is a Fedora core 1

Any help would be much appreciated
