I run Kanotix (a Debian derivative) with KDE 3.4.1
Maybe someone can give me a clue. I am on the West coast. I have a server on
the East coast. If I create a file on the server at 9 am EDT and then I ftp
to the server via Konq., it shows the file as created an hour LATER... at
10am.
If I ssh or ftp to the server via a terminal window I get the correct 9am
time.
I might understand if Konqueror told me the time was 6 am which would be its
local time (PDT), but how the heck does it get 10am... LATER!!!! ???? I
checked the KDE time settings and they are correct.
Anyone have a clue?
Thanks,
Al
