Debian replicator boot disk problem

Hi!

I plan to clone my debian sarge machine and so I installed the
replicator package. I followed all the steps as discribed in the manual
and every task on my model worked pretty fine. But now when I insert my
boot disk I recive an error 13 - invalid or unsopported format (after
Grub selection).

What did I wrong??
