Main thing is one knows how to repair after stuffups. Like knowing
how to get whichever OS owns MBR to rewrite the thing when needed.

Recently I allocated a small first primary partition for a dos loader
/ recovery boot option. Ended up putting Slackware's busybox install
environment there instead, on the box concerned it saves a three
floppy boot to perform rescue operations. Box doesn't have a CDROM.

Grant.

WinXP: Access Start->Turn Off Computer, then while holding
Ctrl-Alt-Shift, left click on Cancel. This kills Windows
