But of course....-) Actually it was in the OP - but I'll take that and be more
careful to repeat my OS in the future.

Which begs a question I was going to try to research myself but, in the immortal
words of Alfred E. Neumann: "Whyyy Not?"... : Given that I've found/downloaded
something called 'ksudo-0.2-1.i386.rpm', would I be correct in saying that to
install it, all I need to do is figure out what program opens .rpm files and run
it - specifying /usr as the destination if asked?
