Now, wait. "Ease of use" can have two meanings. Meaning #1, adopted in
Redmond, is that any yahoo (hmm) can use it first time, no complaints
to the call center (which is in India, anyway). Meaning #2 is that it is
easy to use over the long term. That would be something that is powerful,
fast, and flexible, which is not a Redmond priority.
