Note that as BRLcad is a work of the US Government it is not protected by
US copyright law. Thus if someone should get a copy from someone else who
got it from ARL and put it up on the Web for free downloading their is
nothing ARL could do to stop them.
The other possibility is to file an FOIA request for the source and then
put the source up on Source Forge.
