Linux Shell Account / Run on winXP?

Hey - I really need a shell account to do some command line batch file
creation and perl scripting. I can't find a shell account online and I
don't have a machine to install redhat or solaris on. I REALLY need to
do this, so I either need to install something on my WinXP laptop (that
cannot be wiped) or get a shell account. Any help is greatly
appreciated!!
