can't load Windows after Grub installation

I'm hopnig someone else has had this problem. I had XP on my computer,
then installed Redhat ES with Grub as the boot loader. After that, I
could no longer boot into Windows. It would just hang.

I finally got windows loading again by restoring the MBR (I think), but
now I've lost Linux because it's just loading from Windows.

So, does anyone know how to fix this, or can you tell me another way to
boot Linux without having to change the MBR?

Thanks much.
