Yeah,
if u install linux and install windows...windows will overwrite your
mbr..so when u restored the mbr, it wrote overtop so ur not seeing your
boot loader anymore. I'm not extremely formilar with red hat because I
use suse, dabian or ubuntu...
You red hat os is still installed on your hd, just the boot loader
isn't finding it. I'd try to reinstall the boot loader from linux and
see what happens from there...
