procedure how to find out(before buying) if Knoppix supports that WLAN Card?

Hello,

I intend to buy two WLAN cards: One with a Prism2-chipset and
one with the Orion-chipset in order to be able to detect AP' s
and sniff.

Surprisingly even with the help of Google I wasn' t able to find
active WLAN-usegroups as well WLAN-card recommendations
on the websites of WLAN-software.


What is the additional recommended procedure to find out, if
Knoppix/Debian supports a special WLAN card (before buying)?
