KDE modification - line height/spacing

I have customised my KDE changing fonts, icons, window behaviour, widgets style etc.

Now I would also like to change the default line height / line spacing.
Is this possible in KDE ? Can't find a setting in kdeglobals that seems to take care of this. Where can I find a list containing all the config variables KDE supports ?

Checked kde.org, kde-look.org, kde howto's and system documentation etc but can't find these details.

Thanks in advance
Sh.
