Not necessarily, but Knoppix is a good and quite complete Live CD
distribution.
You could otherwise also try out Ubuntu or Kubuntu - they are
Debian-based and the difference between them is mainly that Ubuntu uses
a Gnome desktop environment while Kubuntu uses KDE for the desktop - or
Mandriva.
I believe SuSE also has a Live CD - or at least, they used to - and
there are several others as well, e.g. Gentoo, Slax...
