The previous poster pointed you to /etc/mailcap. The second field of each line (i.e., after the first ; and before the second ;) is the command to execute. See 'man 5 mailcap' for more info. A combination of 'file', 'grep' and 'awk' will give you the necessary command.

If you just want to run the command, rather than determine what that command is, read 'man 1 run-mailcap'.
