OT -- USB Enclosures with HOT SWAPPABLE IDE disks

Not exactly on topic here, but anyway... I would like to buy a USB
enclosure for IDE hard drives, that would make it extremely easy to
swap disks (as in pull out, push in, without disassembly). Anyone has
any idea where to find one?
