Teleport Pro and Wget can mirror web sites. What is different between

I know that some sites can not be saved properly. Is this problem solved
in mirroring?
Thanks
What Teleport Pro is doing is saving stuff on your local PC so that
'you' (and only you) can read it Offline.
A mirrored web site is a 'another web site' that is the 'mirror image' of
the original web site. The primary reason for doing this is to spread the
load. It also means that if web server 1 goes down for any reason, web
server 2 will still be available.
Hope that helps,
