Anybody know if a Flash Player is ever

I have not tested this, but one possible way to get the plugin to work
would be to get a firefox/mozilla that's been compiled 32bit, then
install the 32bit flash plugin. I know it's a bit of a pain to switch
back and forth between a 64bit and 32bit browser, but you probably
wouldn't notice much difference and so could just use the 32bit browser
all the time, if you wanted.
If you really want an x86_64 flash player, ask Macromedia/Adobe.
A lot of web pages depend on flash player to function.
A lot of web pages depend on flash that don't really need the features
that flash provides. Those webmasters should be beaten with a clue
stick. ;-/
