these fields are not creative like programming .

I disagree. I did scientific software support and development for 30
years, with occasional forays into system's programming on several
different platforms. Web development can be every bit as creative - and
even more. It's just different. Real web development requires an eye to
graphic arts design in order to be successful, a talent not required in
software development.
