informational: CUPS "unable to create temporary file: No such file or directory"

If you're gettting the message "unable to create temporary file: No
such file or directory" in CUPS you may be missing the temporary
directory under /var/spool/cups/tmp.

Recreate the directory and this should solve the problem.
