OK, most blogs are utterly useless to most people. But there are lots and lots of people and lots and lots of blogs....
I use mine as a quick way to put stuff out that I want to note and/or share.
Does anyone read it? I really don't care; but I actually get lots of hits - 900 in May, 5 pages/visit, 1+ GB in data transferred, so *someone* out there is interested. Not exactly Google material, but pretty good for a blog like mine.
To the OP: go for it. Don't try to get too much on-point; blogs are most fun when they're least pedantic. :-)
