Record from /dev/radio0?
Hopefully I'm just being silly, and have overlooked the obvious.
I have a radio card with the IVTV driver, which functions on
/dev/radio0 (or at least seems to, fmscan will detect the radio
stations just fine.) I'd like a command-line tool to use to record the
audio from it, but can't find one. What am I missing?
Online examples with sox always point it at /dev/ossdsp, which I do
not have. This machine does not have a sound card - it's not going to
be used to listen to the radio, just to record it.
Since I can now do "cat /dev/video0 > foo.mpg", I'm surprised that I
can't do something similarly simple for radio.
