That's precisely why I wanted to be clear that I wasn't commenting on the reliability of the numbers!

IOW, I fully agree with the previous poster that no reliable stats exist but I still wanted to point out the Linux Counter and let the OP decide if those numbers were better than nothing. (Maybe they're "reliable enough" for the OP's purposes.)
