I am writing a book, but it's too much typing my fingers are falling off.
I'm looking for a voice recognition/dictation program for linux so I can
just talk to my computer...couldn't find any.
Is there something like that or am I hopeless?
I would suggest a good ergonomic keyboard. (Kinesis and such, not
Microsoft's "Natural" keyboard and lookalikes)
That and a good trackball, right posture, using a text formatting
system (lout, tex, grof,) instead of a word processor, etc.
As others pointed out, a voice recognition system may not provide as
much assistance as you expect. But what if it does, and, after using
it for a while, tour tongue falls off? :)
