Hey,
I'm a lifelong Windows user who just got interested in Linux. Maybe
conversion's too big a step right now, but a side-by-side installation
seems intriguing. Where is the right place for me to ask a lot of very
ignorant, newbie-type questions? I don't mind getting referred to
documentation or FAQs, but there's just so much written out there that
I have no idea where to start.
Why not visit your local public library. I'm sure there you will find a
number of Linux for Beginners text books to get you going - and you won't
even have to pay for them.
