reboot after yum?

Hi All,

I just did a massive YUM update of CentOS 4.3 (same as Red Hat
Enterprise Linux, only cheaper) to the tune of 497 Meg..

Question: is YUM smart enough to up and down services after it
updates them, or do I need to reboot?
