Thanks for the replies everyone, but I'm not looking for a two button
mouse with a scroll wheel that acts as a third button or a mouse that
has buttons on the side. I'm looking for a standard arrangement three
button mouse, that is optical. Also, my laptop has no PS/2 port so it
needs to be USB. In fact, the only 3-button usb mouse I can find by
Belkin costs $4. But it's not optical.

Everyone seems to think I should be able to find one easily. If anybody
can point me to any mouse with three BUTTONS and is optical and USB,
I'll send you $10. I'm serious.
