Re: Serial port redirector

I've downloaded sredird, compiled its source, and updated the services
file to listen at port 10002. The IP address for this machine is
192.168.1.111. However, from another machine in the network, I tried
to connect to 192.168.1.111 port 10002 and it failed to connect.

I took a look at the source code for sredird and no where in the code
it is trying to create a server socket. The socket handle it used was
STDIN_FILENO and STDOUT_FILENO. I can't find any info on these two
socket handles but I'll assume that they are some type of default
socket handles that are used for special purposes.

Has anyone successfully used sredird/msredird before that can offer a
helping hand? Thanks.
