Yes. There are quite a few PC/104 and mini-ITX cards with Geode,
Celeron, Pentium-M, or VIA Eden processors. Here's some places to
look. These places mostly target embedded applications so they mostly
assume that you will be providing a power supply and such.

Note that the Geodes have some disadvantages for real-time applications
and they are also quite a bit slower than most other x86-compatibles
running at a similar clock speed. Their main claims to fame are low
price and relatively low power.
