In comp.os.linux.misc datasubduction@xxxxxxxxx:
Hi,
A busy RHEL 4 server is producing alot of inode messages every
couple of days Approx 250-550 every other day on average,
probably a bit more often than that.
Is this behaviour something to worry about and fix?
kjournald starting. Commit interval 5 seconds
EXT3-fs: dm-7: orphan cleanup on readonly fs
ext3_orphan_cleanup: deleting unreferenced inode 1510016
[ +500 lines deleted ]
EXT3-fs: recovery complete.
EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
Would you mind showing us the output of:
uname -r
lsb_release -d
