Mondo Rescue, missing /dev, /proc, /sys

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to fully backup my entire
linuxbox, I mean everything, not just /home or /etc. I wanted to
restore the system within minutes not days.

The only program that seams to work (sometimes :) ) is mondoarchive
but it doesn't include the /proc, /dev/ and /sys directories in it's
archive during the backup process. At this point I wonder, why a
distaster recovery progam like mondoarchive does not backup these vital

directories without whom linux can't boot up.
