Printing CHM files

I have been looking for some application under Linux to allow viewing
CHM files and print them out, so far without any luck. I am aware of
things like gnochm and xchm, which do the viewing part all right. However,
when it comes to printing, the best they can do seems to be printing out a
single page at a time - which is a pain in the neck, if what you want to
do is print out the whole document.

What I would like is a Linux application that takes CHM files as input
and spits out PDF, or PostScript, files. Anybody know why such a thing
does not seem to exist?
