I don't see 'Line' there. Is that a problem?
In all fairness Windows is no better. THe driver wants to reinstall on
each reboot
claiming that the card is in another usb slot!!!
I'm not sure if this is a question or venting that belongs to "I hate
Linux again and again"
thread on c.o.l.advocacy
I do remember that mpg123 used to work a few years back. Is there
anything that still works???
The pain and suffering is on 2.6.15-1.2054_FC5
As far as software goes, I find xmms from extras with the xmms-mp3
plug-in from livna quite good. RealPlayer (yes, the closed source
version) works okay, too.
But you've got two completely different OSes saying they don't much like
your hardware, so maybe it really is your hardware.
