This is a MIME GnuPG-signed message. If you see this text, it means that
your E-mail or Usenet software does not support MIME signed messages.
The Internet standard for MIME PGP messages, RFC 2015, was published in 1996.
To open this message correctly you will need to install E-mail or Usenet
software that supports modern Internet standards.
Usenet is NOT email. Text only. No Mime.
Bite me.
Another harmless crank, for some odd reason, chooses to remain stuck in the 1980s where everyone on the Internet spoke King's English. Fortunately, everyone else has, for the most part, moved on and Usenet is filled with folks who speak and write pretty much every language in existence on the third rock from the Sun, and correctly use MIME to exchange messages in their native character set.
