What is wrong? And how can I fix this problem?
There's nothing wrong. There's nothing to fix.
More verbosely, the kernel raid driver is just looking through all the
other partitions to find the ones that should be added to an array.
"Is it this one? Nope. Is it this one? Nope. etc."
