If there is any correlation with size it is inverse. The competent ISPs I
know of are not the largest.
Unsure, have to admit I never encountered such an outstanding
cluelessness. Which I'd answer with layoff, if there are other
ISP available.
Only in the days of dialup there had been the usual connecting
problems from time to time.
