I've never tried Xen, and had difficulty setting up Qemu (and so never tried it's USB support) but I can say that VMware will have no trouble with USB devices. You can choose to connect USB devices (I've only used printers and scanners) to the guest OS and use them with their native Windows drivers. It's a seamless process, IME.
