File system under Linux

Which file system shall I choose to use under Linux?
My guess is Reiserfs, but I'm absolutely not sure.
I previously had installed Reiserfs on my other computer, but at that
time I could create it with the installation-cd of Kubuntu.
Now I had downloaded and burned a cd with the Kubuntu-installation and
Live CD, but I don't know how to create a Reiserfs-partition with that
cd.
How do I do that?

If it ain't going to use Reiserfs, what should I then choose (I'm
running Windows on the machine too)?
