I'm pretty stupid; could you explain to me what that means?

Why don't the linux company create a "linux key" that exactly on the
same position of windows key on the keyboard?

I have a VA Linux keyboard that has keys with the VA logo at
those positions (and a penguin key next to the right VA key).

Is it allow?

Of course it is. Why wouldn't it be?
