IceWM: Changing the color of the mouse pointer in IceWM

I've used IceWM for a long time and am quite happy with it. I am not
looking for suggestions of alternative environments to run.

As I said, I've used it for a long time, but have never had to configure
anything. What little I know about the configuration is that it is
remote and ugly.

That said, I have one machine where the mouse pointer is virtually
invisible most of the time, because it is white as are most of the
windows on my desktop. Question for any IceWM gurus out there: Is there
an easy way to change the color (or shape or behavior - e.g., "mouse
trails") of the mouse so as to make it more visible?
