My experience is for this not very popular baudrate, you need to open
your serial device and check
the oscillator on it. Check the brand and buy a new one for you. Then
you can contact www.moxa.com
to buy a board, then you can change the oscillator by yourself. Then
you can have a multiport board that
supports this baudrate. Or, if you need more than one unit, maybe you
can ask them to do a customization.
