My experience is for this not very popular baudrate, you need
to open your serial device and check the oscillator on it.
Check the brand and buy a new one for you. Then you can
contact www.moxa.com to buy a board, then you can change the
oscillator by yourself. Then you can have a multiport board
that supports this baudrate. Or, if you need more than one
unit, maybe you can ask them to do a customization.
That's more or less what I remember from when I worked at a
company that made multi-port serial cards. We had some
customers who wanted oddball baud rates. We told them how to
change the oscillator on the board and if it doesn't work, you
can't return it.
