websvn and file permissions

Hi everyone,
I've got a remote Subversion server. Each file in the
repository placed in /var/subversion/repo/ belongs to www-
data:subversion. Group subversion contains users with permission to
access repository and user www-data. So far, websvn displays the
repository correctly.
I make some modifications to code checked-out from the repo via svn
+ssh and `$ svn commit`. SVN nods kindly and informs me that
everything's alright. However when I try to enter websvn page I am
told that file /var/subversion/repo/db/current cannot be opened,
because "Permission denied". I've taken a look around and found out
that after a commitment via svn+ssh the file db/current gets ownership
of the user who had performed this commitment and of this user's group
- basically user:user.
websvn can't get access to the file unless I `$ chgrp subversion /var/
subversion/repo/db/current`. After that command it runs flawlessly.
Any ideas what should I do to make my websvn rock without chgrping
after each commitment? I'd be very glad for your feedback.
Regards,
Jan Stępień
