What is this "Single" jumper position? I have only seen
Master, Slave, and Cable Select.

Some drives (but not all) had different jumper settings for "master
without slave" (aka "single") and "master with slave". I personally
haven't seen such a drive in years (but that doesn't mean much). IIRC
it was mainly one or two brands that made the distinction between master
and single.
