can't sudo (ubuntu feisty)

Folks,

Found that I cannot sudo on my host, which I've been sudo'ing since I
installed just fine up to about 15 minutes ago.

bea@frag:~$ sudo -v
Sorry, user bea may not run sudo on frag.
bea@frag:~$

Any ideas why this all of a sudden broke?
