Issues while installing Fedora 5

I am trying to install Fedora Core 5.

I have downloaded .iso files from ftp://10.217.160.138/pub/redhat/fc5/iso/i386/
and burned CDs.

Now when I am trying to boot from the CD, after I have performed the
media check, I get white screen with colored lines and nothing seems
to happen.

I have verified the installation CD using the media check utility and
the CD is ok.

My system has Windows XP and Ubuntu installed.

Can someone let me know whats wrong / whether I am missing anything.

Thanks in advance.
