Firefox Talkback, how to kill.

Once before I got rid of Firefox talkback by tracking down the
executable and deleting it. Now with a new install the little devil is
back complete with grayed out and inoperative "cancel" button.
Is there an easier way to get rid of this annoyance? I can't even
delete its window.
