It was a times when I opened the question about troubles of popular version of PPPD
with my mobile phone Samsung SGH X-680.
Attempts to obtain the Internet connection for Linux through the GPRS or EDGE with SGH-X680 were not lucky.
Similar problem happens perhaps with several people.
The connection seems to be begun, the phone itself displays the icon about the Internet connection has been started, but connection does not work.
The solution was simple one more PPPD option:
*asyncmap FFFFFFFF*
Thus may help with other phones as SGH-X660, to communicate them with the recently most popular as for free distributed operating systems supplied PPPD.
However to find this simple solution I cheked out lots of technical documents, discussed it, and spent about 3 months.
As it was promised I publish here the solution.

The trouble begines with disability of PPPD and mobile phone to nagotiate the map for replacement of special characters.
When PPPD has default 0 (zero) map SGH-X680 has FFFFFFFF map. After that the conversation ends with the first
Frame sent to mobile phone.
What is important that PPPD connects not with provider what ever it is, but with mobile phone,
when the mobile phone connectes to the Internet
through GPRS or EDGE (G.P.R.S. or E.D.G.E.) protocols.
Indeed the full map do not increase traffic of connection to the Internet.
